On September 22, 2024, independent candidates for Trustee, Clerk, and Mayor met with one another and the public in a Meet & Greet at Emily Oaks Nature Center. We each spoke briefly, then answered questions from the audience and talked with members of the community about their concerns and hopes for the future of Skokie.
This was the largest independent candidates' forum in Skokie in over 20 years!
We're looking forward to more independent events, getting more time listening to the community, and the bright future for electoral politics in Skokie.
